Town Centre Development, Camberley, Surrey |

Approximately £14m |
These two town centre projects are adjacent sites close to the railway station. Redundant buildings
occupy most of the site and our brief, along with architect Daniel Lelliott Krauze, is to devise an imaginative
scheme for redevelopment, which can be quirky disposed for sale or rent.
The solution provides for mixed development of residential apartments over commercial space on ground floors. Steel and concrete frame
buildings are envisaged over concrete basements, which shall be used to provide car parking. One of the
buildings may be over clad and extended vertically. This will enable the concrete frame to be reused.
A neat, environmentally sustainable solution.
