This is the largest private venture that the National Trust has ever undertaken. They are working in partnership with our client, Countryside Properties. We have provided structural and civil engineering advice for between 170-190 units of apartments and houses over reinforced concrete basements. This development aims to achieve the highest eco homes rating.

We are assisting in the design of: greywater recycling, combined heat and power and sustainable drainage. We also provide our core expertise, which is the structural design of the buildings and basements together with design of roads and drainage.
