We design on average 30-40 luxury houses every year ranging in size 250m²-2,500m². On occasion, the houses are bespoke for a private client, but normally they are built on spec for commercial house building developers. P L Ross work for many of the well known luxury house builders in the South East like: Wentworh Homes, St George, Charles Church and Berkeley.

On bespoke projects, we work very closely with our architectural co-consultants with whom we enjoy a very productive and mutually rewarding relationship, which benefits our clients and ourselves.
